Reaching out isn’t easy. I provide an empathic, safe and non-judgemental space for you to feel heard. I am committed to working with you on whatever brought you here.

Are you questioning your choices, your relationships, your career, or the meaning of life in general? Are you struggling with finding balance in your life? Have you experienced trauma, grief over a significant loss, or trying to deal with a major life transition? Is something keeping you awake at night?

I work with individuals experiencing these types of challenges and more. Any of these might be creating stress, anxiety, or sadness for you and you may be having difficulty managing feelings, thoughts, or behaviours that come along. You've come to the right place.

What to Expect From Therapy

The purpose of therapy is to improve psychological health and whether you are in need of non-judgemental support or tools and skills to cope better or build resilience, I am here to help.

The first session will cover informed consent, answering any questions or concerns you have and I will collect a clinical history from you. Another important part of the initial session will be to set therapeutic goals (what are you hoping to get from therapy and what would you like to change). We will also discuss a treatment plan. The therapeutic approach should always be collaborative between therapist and client - and I am open to your feedback throughout the process.

“All journeys have secret destinations of which the traveler is unaware.”

– Martin Buber

Therapy gives you an opportunity to step back, develop awareness of the gifts and challenges along your journey. It allows you to examine the destination, and choose how or if you want to get there. Together, we can develop strategies to navigate to where you want to be.
